Front desk was professional and very nice. The facility was clean and secured by gate codes. The area felt safe. The price was average. The ground is uneven near the storage units which made unloading with a ramp more difficult than if it was flat

The staff was extremely nice and thorough during the initial renting process. While reviewing the unit, they ensured the unit was clean and operational. First two units we looked at needed further cleaning and one door needed to be fixed. They were certain to not give me those units. Extremely nice and professional.

Great place to store your things. Staff is friendly and it's open till 9 so you don't have worry about it being open overnight and have cameras where needed very secure place.

When I went on Saturday I had to get a storage that day and I was able to at your place. The worker was so helpful to find a storage unit perfect for me and she was great with the other customers. Saturday morning was a little chaotic she had a lot of problems she had to encounter and manage through them well

I had reserved a 5x15 unit online but when I arrived to sign the contract, that size was not available afterall. I would have liked to have been contacted about this before arriving so I could see if another facility could accommodate my need. Instead I had to decide to either go with a unit that would have been too small for my need or one too large, and naturally more expensive. I had no choice but to go with the larger unit even though I did not want to obligate myself to a higher monthly charge. The girl who assisted me did say she could put me on a waiting list for the size I initially requested. We'll see if it happens. I left wondering if by not having what I reserved was more of a marketing strategy.
